Today I would like to share with you the tattoos that I have. Actually this was a request from one of the people I see at my work so here I go! My first tattoo I have is on my left shoulder blade of a wolf curled up and above it says "Dad" and below the wolf it says "6-10-59 ~ 11-19-06" I got that one obviously for my daddy who left this world at a young age and I miss him everyday... but thats not the point of this blog now is it. This tattoo represents that he is always looking out for me as you will see the wolf's eyes are open. My father had a tattoo for me on his arm of a wold howling at the moon with my birth date under it. This particular tattoo took about 6 hours to do in one day and it was a long day for sure. If you are thinking of getting a tattoo for the first time I would say maybe go with something smaller just so you can get used to the feeling of getting inked! I got this tattoo in March or April of 2007 and I love it. It did not hurt much until my tattoo artist went by my spine. That tattoo cost me about $350 with tip. I think that is a great price for the size of this tattoo... Here is some pictures of when I first got it and what it now looks like after about 4 years.
Below is what it looks like now after 4 years
My 2nd tattoo I got was on 01-05-11 and its behind my right ear and small. Its for my daughter and its her astrology sign which is Capricorn. I only have two so fair and wan to get more! I only have one picture cause it took about 10 minutes to do and didn't hurt at all. Its cost me $80 which is a good price considering where it is and how hard it to get behind the ear. I got both my tattoo done by the same person who is cool! His name is Ben Rettke and he works at identity tattoo off of 169 and 63rd across from the BP in the little strip mall. So here it is and I hope you all have a great week and I hope to update again soon!
Love, Elsa!
